what can I say? from a guy who's never set foot inside a gym, the support I continue to get from Performance Gym is amazing! Gold membership is a must, you won't get better value for money. Theres always someone ready to help you out, the PT sessions are fantastic, Shannen's PT sessions are the best of course, she even helps me write reviews
You can be forgiven for thinking this is a place for only proffesional athletes who compete with the amazing equipment and sports nutrition shop......but......I am a slim 75kg guy not a body builder and I was made to feel welcome over the week i visited this gym.The staff are amazing, the equipment is second to none and throughout my years of gym use i have never seen such a proffesional and comprehensive gym.Fantastic from start to finish.
