Doctors are great but RECEPTIONIST are God awful to busy talking to themselves to help people. Not bother answer your question will just give your prescription. NEED TO LEARN MANORS! Disgrace to all receptionist!
I hate to moan about the NHS but recently re recent changes to the appointment system - Everything you do when you contact this doctors surgery (via phone call) is a huge hassle to them, you can't get through let alone get an appointment with a doctor. It's constantly engaged. Why not have a better phone system or switchboard. 50% ie 1 in 2 calls are then cut off when they try to answer. When you do finally get through EVERYTHING is a huge issue. Nothing is straightforward or as easy as it could be. Not adapting and making use of modern technology ie emails. You are expected to constantly keep calling back. I don't use the doctors surgery very often as use the direct care from the pharmacist as using the services of this surgery sends my stress levels through the roof. I do not see how this is good for anyone's health! I'm finding it quite baffling. Letter of complaint has been sent to the NHS Ayrshire & Arran and Kilwinning Medical Practice.
relies that doctors surgeries are very busy and that appointment times are hard to come by.My wife has been suffering with that appears to be an inflammation on her gum and has been in pain from Sunday. Think we all agree she will in all likely hood need a anti biotic before they can even help get it fixed. Have we turned into a its not our problem rather than be caring and help people. She has been at the dentist the doctors twice and the pharmacist I cant believe they have all turned her away and blamed each other.Sorry I wouldn't let an animal suffer in pain and I think all concerned should hang their head in shame.
phoned cause I lost track of time in work was 10 min late for appointment , the way i was spoke to on phone was terrible, I don't know who the receptionist was but her telephone manner was absolutely shocking, I don't know how she got a job there she has no right to speak to any one in that tone.
Outstanding service. Just phoned up for an appointment and got one the very next day. Reception staff are always pleasant and the Doctors themselves and the nursing staff go above and beyond for your health care. 100% recommend this practice. Thanks for looking after me.
