Chips were raw on inside, banana fritters - bananas were black on inside. Chicken was overcooked. Food was dry, tasteless. Would only offer refund if i took food back personally. Even after advising i was a pensioner and couldnt get out in this weather. Diabolical customer care. Will NEVER use this place again

Glad I have it a second chance. Had been told it had improved. Food is lovely.
