I had an immediate response from Kevin, the owner of the KA Homesales in regard to my complaint and it would appear that the lack of any action to our requests lies with the company employed by KA Homesales who act out of hours on KA Homesales behalf. We appreciate such a quick and positive response from Kevin and hopefully future potential clients will not suffer similar problems. My original statement below can now be disregarded and I have changed my starring from 1 to 5 - thank you Kevin. If you are the owner of the 3 bed end terrace property in St Andrews Precinct, St Andrews Road, Kilmarnock, you must be wondering why your property is still on the market. We have emailed and we have been calling the Estate Agents for the last 10 days in an attempt to arrange a viewing but despite promises that someone would call us back - no-one has! I did not even get an apology when I spoke to a young lady on the phone today when I explained how long we had been waiting - she just said she could not put me through to anyone but someone would call me back - guess what - still waiting!!
We would highly recommend Kevin at KA Homesales. When he first viewed our property he gave an honest and fair assessment of the valuation and what the asking price should be. This alongwith the photographs and marketing led to numerous viewers quickly. Our house sold within 6 weeks. Kevin was helpful and courteous throughout.
